AVIC Astoria a branch of the Chinese mega conglomerate Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) celebrated the 67th anniversary founding anniversary of the People’s Republic of China on October 1st.
Overlooking the Indian Ocean Astoria by AVIC international is a super luxury condominium that is being constructed in the heart of Colombo. Once completed Astoria will change the sky line of Colombo with four towers with 40 floors each.
The event organized by the super luxury condominium constructor and held at the Jetty Green at Waters Edge was a great success.
Diplomats, government officials, businessmen, well-wishers both Sri Lankan and Chinese participated in the event. As the spouses and children of many of the guests were also part of the festivities, Astoria took special care to organize games and musical events to ensure the crowd had a fantastic day.
Chinese children came together with local children to celebrate the joyous anniversary of the founding day. Sri Lankan children congratulated their counterpart on this very special day.
